Add a FileWriter-compatible per-source binary recorder: native-type encode and TypeDescriptor mapping, FileWriter header serialization, subset/quantized/ ACCUMULATE row serialization, and push-thread double-buffer flush with size-cap rotation, keep-N pruning, fdatasync cadence, disk-free and staging-overflow guards.
