docs: a plan for the node editor, so each defect ships with the probe that saw it

Nine tasks, each ending in a commit: the silent disarm in the port hit test,
the view transform, the drag-based wiring, wire deletion, the topological
re-sort that makes a backwards wire legal, the live validation line, the op
picker, tidy, and the docs with the full verification run.
